  • Customized Training

  • We are often asked to design customized training programs to meet our clients' unique needs. Working with a team of our consultants and our clients' thought leaders and subject matter experts, we begin with a systematic needs analysis and determination of specific goals. The goals are developed into customized training that leverages knowledge dissemination with action learning through a blended approach of lecture, individual, small and large group activities, role plays and case studies. Training programs can be run in one hour or for several days or even months. Whenever possible data is collected to evaluate program success.

  • 360° Feedback Certification Training

  • Companies often want to provide 360° feedback to their employees but are uncertain how to begin or insure a consistent quality and process for their employees. We offer 360° Feedback Certification Training programs to support several goals:

    • To provide participants with an enhanced understanding of either their proprietary 360° survey or 360° instrument.
    • To provide participants with an enhanced understanding of either their proprietary 360° survey or 360° instrument.
    • To create a seamless delivery process such that all feedback providers engage in the same steps for feedback and developmental planning (e.g., pre-feedback meeting, topics covered in feedback meeting, guides and leave behinds, development planning guides, meeting, etc.)
    • To train feedback provider to interpret each component of the feedback report, scores, key themes and areas for improvement
    • To provide a structured frame of reference for interpretation of strength and areas for improvement across all feedback providers
    • To introduce feedback providers to the "art and science" of providing constructive, actionable feedback and practice with specific tools and techniques

    The certification program is a full day workshop and can be complimented by requiring future feedback providers to participate in their own 360° feedback experience.

  • Train the Trainer, Assessment, Feedback, Development Coaching

  • This program is an extension of our 360 Feedback Certification program and includes development planning and short term coaching. The goals of this workshop include:

    • Introducing and practicing the skills needed to provide feedback, development and coaching to your internal clients
    • Reviewing the use and application of coaching as a company supported intervention
    • Conducting an overview on how to interpret the 360 feedback reports
    • Introducing the "art and science" of providing constructive, actionable feedback
    • Presenting a series of models and tools that apply to a variety of situations involving complex development needs
    • Creating actionable, behavioral developmental plans
    • Discussing ways to reinforce development planning and coaching back on the job

  • Professional Development Planning

  • This is a half day workshop which helps individuals to determine developmental priorities based on his/her current and future role, career goals, business needs and demands of the competitive external environment. It includes the review of a constellation of developmental approaches and training in how to develop SMART developmental goals and enlist the help of others. Through this workshop participants:

    • Develop an awareness of their professional strengths and opportunities for development as it relates to their current situation
    • Learn to assess the degree of challenge in their current assignments and determine where on-going learning is needed
    • Learn how to seek additional challenges, growth and skill development
    • Receive coaching on creating their own development plan
    Strategies for encouraging managers or other relevant individuals to be a part of the process.
